Sensuality: the needless trigger

Sight

So we’ve talked about three different senses involved in sensuality…Touch, Taste, and Scent. Now let’s talk about another…Sight.

Sight is an odd sense for this subject. It can be a trigger for everything else, but at the same time it’s not needed. If you have the gift of sight, this sense can be the one factor that can decide whether or not the other senses will come into play. If it doesn’t attract you visually, are you honestly going to see if the rest of the senses will be equally and/ or more attracted?

Now, if you do not have sight, this is one place that you can be ahead of the game. Other than being a “trigger,” sight (in my opinion) is not needed for sensuality. It can sometimes do more harm than good.

Try this association. Remember how you use to play with mud (or sand) when you where a kid? What attracted you to playing with it? Was it the looks of it? Or was it the sensory sensation of having it squish between your toes or run through your fingers?? Now if you couldn’t see it, would that lessen the other sensations?

As I said, this is simply my opinion. What’s yours?
